拍品的狀況可能存在極大差異，而由於其性質使然，拍品難以處於完美無瑕的狀態。拍品均以拍賣時的狀況出售。

(i)
The work is structurally sound. There is some minor lifting to the extreme lower left corner with an associated pinpoint paint loss. There are a few pinpoint paint losses in places to the extreme lower horizontal edge. There is a minor loss to the white impasto peak to the lower horizontal edge. When examined under ultraviolet light there appears to be no evidence of any retouching. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.

(ii)
The work is structurally sound. There are two pinpoint accretions to the upper left quadrant. When examined under ultraviolet light there appears to be no evidence of any retouching. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
