The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The work is structurally sound and all elements appear to be present. There are scattered surface irregularities and some minor accretions in places, presumably in keeping with the artist’s working methods and chosen medium. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the works appears to be in very good condition.
