The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is structurally sound. All elements appear to be present. The sheet is loose. There are artist pinholes to the extreme upper corners of the sheet. There is a minor crease to the upper right and lower left corners and pinpoint lifting to the lower right corner of the sheet. There are a few loose fibers in places to the carpet. There are minor surface inconsistencies in places to the wooden structure, presumably in keeping with the artist's working method and chosen medium. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
