The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is partially hinged in places on the reverse to its underlying support. The sheet undulates slightly along the left and right vertical edges. There is minor discolouration to the edges. There are a few faint creases to the upper left edge, lower left corner and lower right edge. There are a few faint abrasions to the right centre edge and lower left edge. There are a few pinpoint accretions to the upper right and left corner. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
