The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is hinged in places on the reverse to its underlying support. The upper horizontal edge and the vertical edges are deckled. The sheet undulates slightly throughout. There are artist's pinholes to all four corners.There are a few faint creases along the upper and lower horizontal edge. There is one pinpoint accretion to the right centre. There are a few faint abrasions to the upper right horizontal edge, lower right vertical edge, lower centre and upper left vertical edge. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
