The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

(i)-(ii) The work is structurally sound.

(i) There is minor rubbing in places to the extreme lower left vertical and upper horizontal edges. There is a superficial hairline abrasion to the lower left quadrant measuring approximately 1in. in length.

(ii) There is minor lifting to the extreme corners and minor rubbing in places to the extreme edges. There is a superficial hairline abrasion to the lower left vertical edge, measuring approximately 3in. in length. There is a pinpoint accretion to the upper right quadrant.

(i)-(ii) Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the works appear to be in generally very good condition.
