The work is structurally sound. There is a layer of surface dust and a few scattered accretions in places. There are a few minor abrasions in places with associated tears predominantly to the upper right turnover edge. There is a small area of rubbing to the extreme lower left edge with an associated hairline abrasion measuring approximately 1in. in length. as visible in the lot image. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
