The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

(i)– (vi) The sheet is hinged at the corners on the reverse to its underlying support. The upper horizontal edge is perforated. The sheet undulates slightly. There are artist's pinholes to upper centre horizontal edge. There are some faint creases and handling to the edges, presumably in keeping with the artist's working method. There are a few faint pinpoint spots of foxing and accretions in places. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in good condition.
