The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

(i)-(ii) The work is structurally sound. There are hairline abrasions and rubbing in places to the frame with associated paint loss.

(i) There are a few hairline abrasions and pinpoint nicks in places.
(ii) There are a few hairline abrasions predominantly to the extreme left vertical edge and one minor nick to the left vertical edge.

(i)-(ii) Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally good condition.
