The canvas, stretcher and attachments appear to be in generally good condition. There is some minor rubbing to the extreme corners. There are faint stretcher bar marks. There is a fibrous accretion to the left vertical edge. There are two pinpoint accretions to the lower horizontal and left vertical edge. When examined under ultraviolet light there appears to be no evidence of any retouching. Subject to the foregoing, it is our view that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
