The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is hinged on the reverse at all four corners to its underlying support. The sheet is deckled. There are artist's pinholes to the upper corners. There are two faint creases to the extreme vertical edges of the sheet and minor skinning to the edges of the inner sheet, only visible under strong raking light, presumably in keeping with the artist's working method. It is our view that the work appears to be in generally very good condition.
