The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is structurally sound. The work is painted on both sides and stands on an aluminum base. Minor wear and slight rubbing with a few pinpoint losses are near the turning edges. On the reverse, a small abrasion is to the figure's upper right, and a small loss is to the lower right of the jacket. Under ultraviolet light, spots of inpainting are scattered along the turning edges and to the proper left foot.
