The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

A strip frame is affixed to the side edges of the canvas. A layer of surface dust is present, most notably to the lower register. Fibrous accretions are occasionally, and a stray fiber is to the lower right edge. A faint surface scuff is near the upper left edge and a few more a scattered to the lower register. Upon close inspection, a few small passages of drying cracks are near the center upper edge. Under ultraviolet light, a drip accretion fluoresces distinctly below center. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
