The sheet is hinged to the backing board at the corner tips and undulates slightly. The lower edge of the sheet is unevenly cut. A few soft creases and handling indents are occasional to the sheet with a linear crease at center, possibly a vestige of the artist's working method. The upper corners of the sheet are very slightly discolored. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
