Condition report
A Christie's specialist may contact you to discuss this lot or to notify you if the condition changes prior to the sale.
The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The sheet is hinged to the backing board at the corners and edges. The upper right corner tip of the sheet is partially separated. A few spots of discoloration are to the two figures, associated with the artist's use of underlying tape. A few small tears, handling marks and soft creases are scattered to the paper collage elements, some of which are likely in keeping with the artist’s working method. Under close inspection, the black silkscreen passage in the upper left has a slightly mottled appearance. There is no apparent inpainting under ultraviolet light.
