The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is hinged to the backing board at the corner-tips and undulates slightly. The edges of the sheet are deckled. Minor wear, soft creases, a few tiny tears and pinpoint losses are occasional to corners and edges of the paper collage elements. A fine abrasion, pinpoint accretion and a few pinpoint losses are to the green, blue and pink paper collage elements. A hairline repaired tear is to the chin of the figure. A few pinpoint spots of faint foxing are occasional to the margins of the sheet. Visible under ultraviolet light, spots of staining are occasional to the margins.
