The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The work is structurally sound, in working order and is a large-scale sculpture weighing approximately 1,748 pounds. Please note that the control unit accompanying the work is used to help lift the plinth up and down and uses a standard European three-prong plug. A fine layer of surface dust is present. Handling marks, scuffs and fine surface scratches are scattered to both the sculpture and plinth. A few pinpoint accretions are to the left egde of the plinth. Small losses are to the face of the plinth where the sculpture attaches, not visible when installed. Wear and slight bending are to two of the metal rods that are used to connect the sculpture with the plinth. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
