The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
This work has not been examined outside of its artist appointed frame. Minor wear and a few spots of loss are associated with the artist’s nails, and scattered to the edges. Drying cracks are scattered in the black painted passage at center. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
