The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
A wooden strip frame is affixed to the sides edges of the canvas. Rubbing, pinpoint losses, and hairline tension cracking are occasional to the corner tips and turning edges. A vertical drip mark is to the lower right edge. A tiny indentation and associated loss is to the lower left edge, and a minute loss is near the lower left corner. A faint surface scuff is to the right lower edge in a yellow painted passage. Visible under close inspection, a few fine hairline cracks are infrequent, mostly notably near the edges. Spots of rubbing, some with associated pinpoint losses, are occasional to some impasto peaks, and a tiny loss is to the lower right quadrant in an orange painted passage. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
