The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Minor wear and faint rubbing is occasional to the panel and brass element, most likely in keeping with the artist's process and chosen medium. A faint scuff is to the lower left corner in a brown painted passage. Three pinpoint accretions are to the lower left quadrant in white and yellow painted passages. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
