The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is structurally sound and all elements are present. Wear, accretions, tiny nicks, spots of stray media, surface scuffs, handling marks and spots of oxidation are scattered throughout the steel element. A few small losses are to some of the edges and a pink sticker is adhered to the upper edge of the steel element. A few tiny nicks and chips are to the lower edges of the glass, and soft surface scuffs and streaks are occasional to the glass element.
