The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is hinged to the backing board at the upper corner-tips and undulates slightly. The sheet has shifted slightly in tone. Minor wear, rubbing and handling marks are to the corner-tips, extreme edges and the meeting points of each sheet. A few faint transfer marks are to the upper edge and a tiny nick is to the lower right corner-tip. Faint handling indents and handling marks are scattered. Artist's pinholes are to the center of each circular element. Pinpoint spots of foxing are intermittent. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
