The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The work has not been examined outside of its frame. There is minor splintering and loss to upper left corner of the wooden artist frame. Pinpoint accretions and areas of wear are along the right upper edges of the canvas. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
