The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The canvas is slightly slack. Very minor wear is to the corner tips with minor rubbing to the upper left corner. A few tiny rubs are to the white impasto peaks near the upper edge, and some rubbing is to the oil stick near the upper center, likely a vestige of the artist's working method. There is no apparent inpainting under ultraviolet light.
