"As I break through fears, or balance on the walls of fear, either by speaking or moving, it’s an incredible landscape there. Suddenly, I’m loosening all the laws that I constructed for myself, all the rules. I’m not through with them or I haven’t passed yet, but that’s what happens when you confront death, all of the things that you construct for your safety become useless, so you start bounding against them. What gets revealed out of that is something I only wish I had twenty years ago." — David Wojnarowicz

The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
A light layer of dust is present. Artist's nail holes are to the corners of each panel. Faint wear, tiny cracks, minor handling marks and tiny losses are intermittently to the edges of each panel, all possibly vestiges of the artist’s working process. Faint soiling is to the lower right panel. A few faint scuffs are occasional. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
