The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is hinged along the upper edge to the backing board and undulates slightly. The upper and lower edges of the sheet are deckled. A few faint scuffs are to the lower right corner. A fine linear abrasion is to the upper right corner. A pinpoint indentation is above center to the upper register of the flower. A few tiny pasages of faint skinning are occasional to the flower and a few pinpoint accretions are occasional. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
