The work is structurally sound. A fine layer of surface dust and a few cobwebs are present, likely due to previous outdoor installation. Pinpoint accretions are scattered and tiny losses are occasional, most notably to the front shoulder area of the figure. Surface variation is visible, most likely in keeping with the artist's working method and choice of medium. Small spots of oxidation are visible where the head of the sculpture meets the base.
