The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is structurally sound and all elements are present. Minor wear, rubbing, scuffs, fine surface scratches, handling marks and accretions are to the base. A pinpoint loss is to the outer left edge of the base. A sticker is adhered to the center of the pole of the base. Minor wear, tiny nicks, scuffs, handling marks, small spots of stray media and a few fine hairline cracks are to the painted wood element. Surface variation to the wood element is in keeping with the artist's choice of medium. A tiny loss is to the lower turning edge in an orange painted passaged and another small loss is to the upper turning edge in a blue painted passage. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
