A few fine tears to the cardboard element are to the lower extreme edge, possibly in keeping with the found nature of the medium. Losses are scattered, most notably to the lower right quadrant. Hairline and drying cracks with associated losses and lifting are scattered, most notably to the black painted passages. A fibrous accretion is below center in a green painted passage. A few impasto peaks, some with associated losses, are gently compressed. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
