The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The board is lined with canvas on the reverse and the support is slightly bowed. Tape is affixed to the side edges of the board. Minor wear and a few small losses are to the corner-tips and extreme edges. Drying cracks are scattered, most notably to the upper right center edge in a red painted passage. A loss with associated cracking and slight lifting is to the upper left corner in an orange and blue painted passage. Another loss is just above the lower edge within a blue and white painted passage. A few compressed impasto peaks are occasional. An area of surface soiling is to the lower left quadrant in a light green painted passage. Visible under ultraviolet light, a few areas of inpainting fluoresce along the extreme edges and two small spots fluoresce near the upper right edge.
