The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is hinged to the backing board at the upper corners and has shifted in tone. Minor wear and artist's pinholes are to the corner tips, and a pinpoint loss is to the upper right corner tip. Small areas of discoloration are to the extreme edges, possibly a result of adhesive from a previous hinging, and a faint area of discoloration is to the lower left corner, likely a result of previous exposure to moisture. A few handling indents are occasional to the extreme edges. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
