The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The sheet is hinged at the four corners to the backing board and undulates slightly. The edges of the sheet are deckled and artist's pinholes are to the upper and lower right corners. Minor wear is scattered at the corner tips and edges. The sheet has likely shifted in tone, and slight discoloration is visible at the edges. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
