Black and Blue

The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is structurally sound. A faint layer of surface dust is present to both elements. Pinpoint white accretions, surface scuffs and handling marks are scattered to both elements. Hairline linear abrasions are occasionally and a white abrasion is to the lower right quadrant of the blue element. Pinpoint spots of paint loss are to the lower edges of the black base of the blue element. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
