The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The work is hinged to the backing board and the edges are deckled. There is minor wear to the lower left and upper right corners. Only visible under raking light, there are occasionally soft creases. A few tiny spots of foxing are visible above and below the signature. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
