The side edges of the canvas are covered by a wooden strip frame. Very minor wear is to the corner tips and right turning edge. A hairline abrasion is to the upper left corner, and a pinpoint loss is near the lower left corner. A few small passages of drying cracks are at the upper center. A few very faint cracks are near the black passage. Spatters are intermittent to the upper right quadrant, possibly artist's material. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
