The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Please note, this work is not accompanied with installation hardware. The work is structurally sound. Minor wear, including scuffs, fine surface scratches and accretions, are occasionally to the corner-tips and edges and general weathering is visible. Visible under close inspection, very fine craquelure with associated tiny losses are scattered. Faint rubbing is occasional to some of the letters, most notably left of center.
