The vertical edges of the canvas are strip-lined. There is a linear spot of light surface soiling visible near the upper edge. Pinpoint spots of discoloration are visible occasionally, both under ultraviolet and in natural light, but do not appear to be inpainting. Two small spots of discoloration are right of center. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
