The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is hinged to another sheet at the corner-tips, which is hinged to the mat along the upper edge. The edges of the tracing paper sheet are slightly irregular. Artist's pinholes are to the upper and lower left corners. Minor wear is to the corner-tips and extreme edges and small spots of discoloration are to the corner-tips, most likely due to a previous hinging, not visible when matted and framed. Transfer marks are visible to the lower right corner of the image. Adhesive residue, a few handling marks and a few pinpoint accretions are to the edges of the paper sheet, not visible when matted and framed. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
