Condition report
A Christie's specialist may contact you to discuss this lot or to notify you if the condition changes prior to the sale.
The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Rubbing, tension cracking, and small spots of loss are intermittently to the extreme and turning edges. A radial crack is to the left upper quadrant and stable hairline and nascent cracks are occasionally, visible primarily under raking light and close inspection. Tiny losses are intermittently, and the varnish layer is discolored in places. Under ultraviolet light, passages of inpainting are to the extreme edges and a small spot is near the center.
