The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

This work has not been examined unframed. Some edges of the sheet are deckled with associated minor wear to the corner-tips and edges. A faint spot of skinning is to the upper right corner of the inner sheet and faint rubbing is to the center upper edge. A fibrous accretion is to the lower left corner in a white painted passage. Minor wear and faint creasing is to the corner-tips and edges of the found paper elements. A pinpoint paper accretion is right of center in a white painted passage. Tiny airbubbles are occasional to the white painted passages, most likely in keeping with the artist's working method. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
