Each sheet is affixed along the upper edge to a paper backing. There is a crease to the upper left corner. There discoloration along upper edge and center right edge. Spots of foxing intermittent, visible in natural and ultraviolet light. There is cockling to the right sheet. There is a small tear to the center left edge of vellum sheet, not affecting image. There is a crease to the lower right corner of the right panel.
