The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
A wooden strip frame is affixed to the side edges of the canvas with nails. Only visible under very close inspection, there is a vertical line to the left of center, likely related to the artist's process. Only visible under ultraviolet light, a few faint tide lines are to the central band towards the right half of the canvas. There is no apparent inpainting under ultraviolet light.
