The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The work is structurally sound and all elements are present. Fine hairline cracking with some associated losses and a drip accretion is to the base. Slight discoloration is to the velvet cushion. A few hairline cracks and rubs are to the painted specimen. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
