The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The sheet is hinged to the backing board at the upper corner-tips and undulates slightly. Minor wear, slight rubbing and a few losses are occasional to corner-tips and edges and a tiny tear is near the upper center edge in a gray painted passage. A fine crease with associated cracking is to the lower right extreme edge. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
