The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The canvas is slightly slack, and nails are affixed to the side edges of the canvas. Minor wear, rubbing, a few faint tension cracks, and tiny spots of discoloration are to the corner-tips and turning edges. A small loss is to the upper left corner-tip and frame abrasions are to the extreme edges. A faint linear abrasion is below center to the neck of the vase in a white painted passage. Drying cracks, faint hairline cracks, a few tiny losses and pinpoint accretions are occasional, most notably to the upper right corner in a white painted passage. Under ultraviolet light, a few drip accretions are visible. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
