The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The print is fully laid down to the backing board. The print has shifted in tone. Minor wear, frame abrasions and scuffs are occasional to the corner-tips and edges. Fine surface scratches are occasional, most notably to the upper half of the sheet. Three fine handling marks are right of center. A few processing marks are occasional. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light. Staining and wear is to the reverse backing board.
