The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Please note, the five pieces rest atop each other without screws or bolts. The work is structurally sound and a fine layer of surface dust is present, most notably to the interior crevices. Wear, a few scuffs, hairline abrasions, handling marks and losses are scattered, most notably to the corners and edges. Fine hairline cracks are occasional to the column element to the lower right quadrant. A slight undulation is to the center left element, possibly inherent to the wood grain. A few hairline cracks and areas of slight separation, also likely inherent to the wood grain. A few areas of possible staining are to the central element, most notably near the right edge. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
