The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The canvas is slightly slack. Minor wear, a few scuffs, tiny losses, some with slight lifting, and faint hairline cracking is occasional to the corner-tips and turning edges, most notably to the lower edge. Three abrasions are to the lower left quadrant. Drying cracks are occasional to the brown painted passages and a small network of fine hairline cracking is near center. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
