The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
This work has not been examined unframed. Minor wear is to the corner tips, most notably to the lower right corner tip, and a few pinpoint losses are infrequently to the extreme edges. A fibrous accretion is to the frontmost building. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
