The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Please note, the work is accompanied by an extra bag of sand and installation instructions. The work is structurally sound, in working order and is powered by a standard two-prong North American plug. Minor wear, scuffs and a few fine surface scratches are occasional to the wood and a pinpoint accretion is to the upper right edge of the wood box. Fine surface scratches and a few tiny spots of oxidation and wear are to the steel element.
